According to Sean Ross Sapp Of Fightful, Kingston tweaked his back, and it’s not thought to be serious.

Kingston announced to the crowd last night that he would not be competing, instead he accompanied the New Day and threw out pancakes. Kofi was scheduled to face Dolph Ziggler in the main event, but was replaced with Finn Balor.
Kofi Kingston is scheduled to defend his WWE Championship this Sunday at Extreme Rules against Samoa Joe.
