Titus O’Neil took to Twitter to applaud Lars Sullivan for apologizing to him and other members of the WWE roster.

According to O’Neil, Sullivan provided a sincere apology, as well as looked for guidance on how to move forward in being a better person.

Lars Sullivan was fined $100,000 by WWE following offensive remarks made several years ago going rival.

Sullivan’s fine is not part of a storyline despite what some fans believe.  Both Scott Armstrong and Titus O’Neil responded to a fan who doubted the legitimacy of the fine.

.@WWEArmstrong You nor anyone else that TRULY KNOWS ME needs to Respond,Defend or Entertain the negative opinions of what I tweeted about @LarsSWWE If they don’t know you Personally don’t take it Personal. I stand by my Unsolicited,UnCoerced tweet that was filled with MY OPINION! https://t.co/xhE1xC1FmO

Sullivan has been instructed to enter into sensitivity training, and work with community groups.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Lars Sullivan’s fine was the second highest known levied from WWE to a performer. Steve Austin was fined $150,000 for walking out in 2002, and Batista was fined $100,000 for blading in 2008.

It’s not known how Sullivan will pay for the fine, whether it be in a lump sum, or deducted over time from pay checks.
