Due to his absence from the event, John Morrison competed in singles action.
According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, WWE replaced the Tag Team Championship match originally planned with a Ladder Match between John Morrison and a member of The Usos.
It’s unknown if any additional stipulations were added.
Due to the current health crisis, many WWE stars were absent from this year’s Wrestlemania, including the following.
Reports surfaced today that Asuka and Cesaro could not compete, but that does not seem to be the case, as both worked matches without any concerns according to Meltzer.

- Dana Brooke – Illness
- Rey Mysterio – illness
- The Miz – Illness
- Roman Reigns – Precautionary
- Andrade – Rib Injury
- Buddy Murphy – Not cleared to appear
WWE pre-recorded Wrestlemania 36 this week, which will air on 4/4 and 4/5 on the WWE Network and PPV.
