Pro Wrestling Tees may be branching out outside the realm of merchandise with personalized video messages similar to Cameo.

Creative Ventures Inc., the company behind Pro Wrestling Tees has filed a trademark with The United States Patent and Trademark Office for the term “Shoot” on 9/9.

According to the filing, the company will be launching a website that allows pro wrestlers to offer personalized video messages.

International Class 042: Providing an interactive website featuring technology that allows users to create personalized video messages for entertainment, instructional, inspirational, or greeting purposes featuring professional wrestlers, sports entertainers, or combat-sport participants by enabling users to use and access an online marketplace to order a personalized video message and have the ordered personalized video message recorded by the chosen professional wrestlers, sports entertainers, or combat-sport participants and delivered to the user or an individual selected by the user.

Many wrestlers utilize the Cameo service to deliver video messages to fans for a set price. It would appear this new “Shoot” service is looking to offer something similar.

All Elite Wrestling currently has a merchandise agreement with Pro Wrestling Tees, who host the ShopAEW.com online store. It’s unknown if this new service will serve as an exclusive place for AEW talent to provide personalized video messages for fans.

WWE recently issued an edict preventing contracted talent from engaging in third party services such as Cameo. WWE issued a notice instructing talent to cease activities by 10/3.
