Due to the current health crisis with COVID-19, WWE cannot present an event in front of an audience and made the decision to continue to run its biggest event of the year.

Dave Meltzer noted during Wrestling Observer Radio, current plans have WWE hosting the majority of the matches at the Performance Center in Orlando, FL. The company also wants to present specialty matches from closed set locations.
The CDC recommends in-person events that consist of 50 or more people be canceled or postponed in the United States.
With these guidelines, WWE will be able to separate the number of people in one location, minimizing unnecessary contact.
Due to the outbreak being an extremely fluid situation, things can change day to day.
