WWE Pulls RAW Commentor From Wrestlemania
WWE has pulled Tom Phillips from tonight’s Wrestlemania 37 broadcast.
According to Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc, Phillips was pulled due to COVID-19 protocols. Further details were not provided. He was scheduled to call matches for the RAW brand. It’s unknown who will replace Phillips during tonight’s broadcast.
Wrestling Inc. has learned that Phillips was removed from the show due to COVID protocols. I have not officially heard who will be filling in for Phillips.
As earlier reported, Tom Phillips is expected to no longer be on the Monday Night RAW commentary team, and will be replaced by former ESPN sportscaster Adnan Virk. You can read more on that story here.
WWE Wrestlemania 37 will air beginning tonight at 8 pm ET on WWE Network (International), Peacock, and PPV.
