Reason Why WWE Has Yet To Put Wrestlemania 37 Tickets On Sale

WWE Wrestlemania 37 is less than 60 days away, and the company has yet to announce an on-sale date for fans to purchase tickets.

Following NFL’s Super Bowl 50 this past weekend, WWE reportedly will discuss the possibility of mixing fans with cardboard cutouts to give the illusion of large crowd inside Raymond James Stadium. Early plans suggested upwards of 25,000 fans for each night, but that has yet to be officially confirmed by the company.

According to Wrestlevotes, WWE representatives were in the Tampa Bay area for Super Bowl, gathering information on how to safely present Wrestlemania 37, resulting in the delay of tickets going on sale.

Source says WWE had a few representatives around the Tampa Bay area for last weekend Super Bowl. They were gathering further information on how WWE can best pull off WrestleMania safety. Hence the delay on ticket sales. The event planning & details need to be as precise as ever.

WWE has yet to officially announce matches for the event. Last week, plans for Edge’s opponent at the show were revealed. Other plans include Bad Bunny potentially wrestling at the show, likely teaming with Damien Priest against The Miz and John Morrison.

Wrestlemania 37 will take place on Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. The event will air live on pay-per-view and WWE Network.
