For the first time ever, WWE was given their own category at ESPN’s EPSYS Awards
Roman Reigns was the recipient of Best WWE Moment, for his return at Monday Night RAW following his time off due to leukaemia treatment.

Other nominations included, Becky Lynch winning the RAW and Smackdown Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 35, Ronda Rousey capturing her first WWE Women’s Championship at Summerslam, and Kofi Kingston winning his first WWE Championship at Wrestlemania 35.
Reigns was also on hand to present the Best Coach award to fellow cancer survivor and former three-time NCAA National Championship-winning coach Jim Calhoun.

The ESPYS celebrates top athletes and major sports achievements. Several WWE stars were in attendance at the awards including Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon.
