AEW founder Tony Khan has made it clear, none of his talent will be appearing at an upcoming independent event featuring Joey Ryan.
An event titled ‘Wrestling For Women’s Charity” will be held on Sunday, March 20 in Knoxville, TN, streaming live on Fite TV.
The poster features several top independent stars and AEW talent. Names advertised include Davey Both Smith Jr, Carlto, Molly Holly, Sonny Kiss, 2 Cold Scorpio, Jacob Fatu, Gangrel, Brian Cage, andTrey Miguel.
Joey Ryan is also featured on the event, which has received controversy due to several allegations made against the former IMPACT wrestling star.
Independent star Effy claims talent was “purposely not informed” of his involvement in the show.
Purposefully not informing involved talent is also disgusting

Tickets for the event indicate the host of the event is Bar Wrestling, a promotion owned by Joey Ryan.
Khan states AEW talent will not be attending the show if Joey Ryan is there, but will donate to the charity. He also questioned the legitimacy of the charity if Ryan is behind the show.
Wait if he’s behind this (is he?), then is this charity even legit?
