Triple H is reportedly looking at ways to further highlight NXT talent to the viewing audience.
Dave Meltzer confirmed in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that ‘The Game’ was budgeting for a potential secondary show for NXT. Apparently the NXT Head is looking at ways to give the talent more ring time. That, as well as more exposure to a television/streaming audience.
NXT previously held small Florida based house show events before the COVID-19 pandemic. These were built as a way to give newer, and even more experienced talent, time to ingratiate themselves with the WWE style and get more ‘reps’ as wrestler in-ring.
With these house show events no longer being viable due to the pandemic, clearly Triple H/WWE are looking at other ways to highlight the deep roster of talent on the NXT brand.
It has not been confirmed at this time whether another television based format is in the works for NXT. With a huge amount of content already being produced for live television, it would be interesting to see WWE again opting to expose their talent even further.

Also not confirmed is exactly why The Game feels that more live content is needed. With AEW consistently drawing greater numbers on Wednesday nights? Perhaps WWE are looking to flood the market even more and attempt to create further saturation for the viewing audience?
We will update once we have more on this story.
