WWE Executive Vice President of Television Production Kevin Dunn has sold over $1 million dollars in WWE stock.
According to a SEC filing on 4/29, Dunn sold 33,000 ‘Class A’ shares in World Wrestling Entertainment at $45.36 a share. The value of the stock is approximately $1,496,000.

Kevin Dunn currently owns 125,361 shares in the company.
WWE’s stock price has slowly been rising following a large decline at the end of March.
The company has been at the receiving end of multiple lawsuits, the most recent alleging executives sold stock for inflated prices ahead of known poor financial reports.
