Former WWE Star Returns Ahead Of SmackDown
Former WWE star Davey Boy Smith Jr. participated in a dark match ahead of this week’s Friday Night SmackDown.

Smith, who’s the son of the late British Bulldog, inducted his father in this year’s Hall of Fame ceremony. He’s been in talks with both WWE and All Elite Wrestling since exiting Major League Wrestling.
He previously worked for WWE, signing a development contract in 2006. During his five-year stint with the company, he held the WWE and World Tag Team Championship alongside Tyson Kidd.
Smith is also a three-time IWGP Tag Team Champion, and MLW Tag Team Champion.
