Alex Zayne recently worked his final independent date at Game Changer Wrestling’s ‘So Much Fun’ event on 11/8.
Ahead of his final indie match, reports surfaced indicating WWE had interest in signing Zayne, which now seems to be the case.
According to Wrestling Observer, Alex Zayne has reportedly signed a deal with WWE, and is expected to be part of the next Performance Center class, which also is expected to include The Rascalz, and Benjamin Carter.
“Most have believed this to be the case, but we were confirmed to that Alex Zayne has signed with WWE which is why he’s leaving the indies.”
Alex Zayne may be best known for his recent work with GCW, Black Label Pro, and New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
