Daivari was let go by WWE during the company-wide cuts at the beginning of the pandemic. The company is now ramping up to return to live events, and has been pushing to add more producers once back on the road.

Since leaving WWE, Daivari has made appearances on the independent scene, as well as IMPACT and Major League Wrestling. He was most recently working behind the scenes at the most recent set of NWA television tapings.
