As we gear up for the Wednesday Night Wars, WWE’s latest tactic to undermine the competition is signing people only so they don’t go to another promotion.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the WWE is in talks with a number of people they have no interest in. WWE’s main competitor in the U.S is All Elite Wrestling, and judging by a tweet Cody Rhodes sent out, AEW is only at 40% of their roster.
