All Elite Wrestling Files Trademark For “Fight For The Fallen”

Since its initial trademark filings in November, All Elite Wrestling has been quiet with news on the promotion with ties to The Young Bucks, Cody, and Jacksonville Jaguars co-owner Tony Khan.

On December 18th the company filed a new trademark for “Fight For the Fallen”, which is is registered for many services including pay-per-view and internet streaming.

The logo as seen below was filed with the trademark

“The mark consists of the term FIGHT FOR THE FALLEN. The letters in the word FIGHT are separated by stars. The words FOR THE FALLEN are below the word FIGHT with the staggered words FOR THE in smaller font to the left of the word FALLEN.”

Last month the following trademarks were filed with the United States Trademark Office

  • All Elite Wrestling
  • AEW Tuesday Night Dynamite
  • AEW Double Or Nothing
  • AEW All Out

The trademark was filed under many different categories, but the one that stands out is the following

Live streaming of video pay-per-view events on the internet; communication services, namely, transmitting streamed sound and audio-visual recordings via the internet; streaming of audio material on the internet; streaming of video material on the internet; wireless networks, or interactive multimedia networks; transmission of information in the audio-visual field; mobile media services in the nature of electronic transmission of entertainment media content; podcasting services; webcasting services; video-on-demand transmission services

All Elite Wrestling currently has no official start date, and the main stars linked to the company have yet to make an official announcement. It is expected that in early 2019 we should know the future of the company.
