Big Cass says he is in the best place he has ever been, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

According to Fightful, Cass made the comments in a new interview on The Sal Licata Show. He said he is in the best shape of his life and the healthiest he has ever been, and he credited treating his body and his brain the way they need to be treated.

Cass returned to WWE programming earlier this year, and his second run has seen him target Je’Von Evans, Rey Mysterio, Dragon Lee and others. His first WWE run ended on a negative note, and Cass has admitted in the past that he was not at his best during that time.

The interview is a clear change in tone from that period. Cass spoke about his diet and his daily habits, and he said he is doing everything right at the moment. He did not frame it as a comeback story built on one match or one feud. He framed it as a full reset.

That matters for where he goes next in WWE. Cass has been positioned as a physical threat since his return, and his size alone makes him stand out on the roster. If he is also in the best condition of his career, WWE has a reason to keep him in meaningful spots rather than using him as a short term attraction.

There is no title match or major program announced for Cass off the back of the interview. The comments are about his personal state, not a challenge to a champion. Still, wrestlers who talk this openly about their health usually do so when they feel secure in their spot.

Cass also has recent history in AEW, where he worked before his WWE return. Bryan Keith spoke in September about his partnership with Cass in AEW, which shows how much ground Cass has covered across both companies in recent years.

For now, the news is simple. Cass says he is at his best, and he says he plans to stay that way.
