Rick Steiner’s Son Received WWE Tryout Last Fall

Bronson Rechsteiner, son of former WWE Tag Team Champion Rick Steiner is WWE bound.

During today’s NXT Takeover media call, Paul “Triple H” Levesque answered a question regarding Parker Boudreaux heading to WWE. During his response he casually mentioned Bronson Rechsteiner is “coming in the door”, implying he is WWE bound. He did not confirm whether he has signed a deal with the company.

“I’m incredibly excited about Parker Boudreaux coming in, Bronson Rechsteiner, we have a lot of people coming in the door. Just as I am on people who have been here for awhile”

Bronson previously pursued a career in professional football, being picked up by the Baltimore Ravens last spring, before being waved by team last August.

He made his pro-wrestling debut last October, wrestling a match for AWF/WOW in Ringgold, Georgia. He had his uncle, Scott Steiner in his corner.

Following his independent debut, he had a tryout at the WWE Performance Center.
