NXT’s Jessamyn Duke’s trademark was filed under entertainment services. WWE previously attempted to file trademark for the name but was refused due to no consent being on record. The previous filing was abandoned in December 2020

Skull King, which is a moniker used by Triple H, was filed for use in merchandise. Last October, WWE filed a separate trademark for use under entertainment services.
