Gabe Kidd has no interest in facing anyone from WWE.

According to Fightful, Kidd was asked about it during an Instagram question and answer session while he waited for a layover flight. Asked which WWE wrestler he would like to face, Kidd dismissed the idea outright.

“None of ’em, they’re all shit,” Kidd said.

Kidd is a member of The Death Riders in AEW, and he is known for saying what is on his mind on social media. His posts have started plenty of discussion before, and this answer fits that pattern.

The timing is notable. Kidd’s former Dogs teammates, David Finlay and Clark Connors, recently turned on him to align with The Bang Bang Gang and form The Cut. That split has left Kidd on a different side of a growing AEW feud, and his focus right now is inside AEW, not across the aisle.

Kidd was also asked during the same session about the stiffest wrestler he has shared the ring with, which underlines how much of his reputation is built on physical, hard hitting matches. That style is a big part of his appeal in AEW, and it is why fans often ask about dream matches for him.

A WWE match is not on that list, at least not in Kidd’s mind. He did not name a single WWE talent he would want to work with, and he did not leave room for a future exception. The answer was final.

There is no sign of any cross promotion match involving Kidd, and nothing in the report suggests one is being discussed. This was a fan question answered in a casual social media session, not a challenge or a negotiation.

Still, Kidd’s answer will travel. Short, blunt answers from wrestlers tend to do that, especially when they involve WWE and AEW. Kidd knows that as well as anyone, and he answered anyway.

For now, his work remains in AEW, where The Death Riders and The Cut story continues to build.
