The current betting odds for CM Punk’s first opponent in AEW have been revealed.

CM Punk is reportedly headed to AEW in the not too distant future, with his debut planned for the promotions show in Chicago later this month.

Since his exit from WWE back in 2014, many fans have lost hope in ever seeing the former WWE Champion return to ring, however with reports and speculation at an all time high this may become a possibility.

AEW haven’t missed out on the hype either, with references to CM Punk placed throughout recent episodes of Dynamite. Chris Jericho even weighed in on the situation, revealing that he’d like to see Punk become All Elite.

BetOnline have released the odds on Punk’s first opponent, should the former WWE Champion go to All Elite Wrestling.

Unsurprisingly, Darby Allin sits top of the list, with his ‘best in the world’ comment on Dynamite being a major talking point within AEW fans, despite him claiming it wasn’t targeted at Punk.

Coming in second is Bryan Danielson, who is also rumored to be coming into the company after his WWE contract expired earlier this year. Bryan has remained silent on the matter, however reports suggest he could be debuting at AEW’s New York show in September.

You can read the full list of Punk’s potential opponents below, which includes the likes of Sting and Matt Hardy.

Darby Allin – 1/1

Bryan Danielson – 2/1

Christian Cage – 13/4

Orange Cassidy – 6/1

Matt Hardy – 7/1

Chris Jericho – 8/1
